摘 要:目的观察替比夫定对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法 BALB/c小鼠24只随机均分为3组:正常对照(BC)组、环磷酰胺模型(MC)组、替比夫定(TT)组。3组均以灌胃给药,每日1次,连续35d:TT组给予替比夫定1.73mg/只;BC组和MC组给予同体积的生理盐水。自给药第29天起,MC组和TT组给予环磷酰胺30mg/kg腹腔注射,连续7d。采用MTT法测定脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性。结果 MC组小鼠的T、B淋巴细胞增殖能力以及NK细胞的活性均明显低于BC组(P<0.01);与MC组比较,TT组小鼠的T、B淋巴细胞增殖能力以及NK细胞的活性明显升高(P<0.05)。结论替比夫定具有一定的提高小鼠免疫功能的作用。Objective To investigate the effects of telbivudine on immune function of mice.Methods Twenty-four BALB/c mice were equally randomized into 3 groups of BC(given normal saline as blank control),MC(given cyclophosphamide as model control) and TT(given cyclophosphamide plus telbivudine 1.73 mg/mouse treatment).The normal saline and telbivudine were given by intragastric gavage once a day for 35 days.From the 29th day,the mice in groups of MC and TT were injected cyclophosphamide 30 mg/kg intraperitoneally.On the 36th day,all mice were sacrificed and the proliferation capacity of lymphocytes and the cytotoxicity of NK cells in the spleen were detected with MTT assay.Results The proliferation capacity of T cells and B cells and cytotoxicity of NK cells of mice in group MC were lower than those of mice in group BC(P0.01),which were higher in group TT than those in group MC(P0.05).Conclusion Telbivudine has some enhancement effects on the immune functions of mice.
