糖尿病前期人群部分生化指标的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病前期人群体重指数(BM)I、血脂、糖化血红蛋白等指标的变化.方法选择住院及门诊450例人群为研究对象,分为阴性对照组(NGT)149例、糖尿病前期(IGR)148例和2型糖尿病(T2DM)153例3组.检测口服葡萄糖耐量试验甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C).对资料进行统计分析,观察3组之间的差异.结果 (1)3组中,IGR组、T2DM组与NGT组比较,BMI、TG、HbA1c升高、HDL-C降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),前两组间BMI、TG、HbA1c比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)按性别比较,女性IGR组比NGT组BMI、TG、TC、LDL-C、HvA1c升高、HDL-C降低(P<0.05);男性IGR组比NGT组HbA1c升高、HDL-C降低(P<0.05);(3)按年龄比较,40岁以上IGR组与NGT组比较HDL-C降低,50岁以上组HbA1C升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肥胖、血脂异常是影响IGR人群病情发展的危险因素,IGR人群应定期监测HbA1c.Objective To observe the clinical indicators,including BMI,blood lipid levels and glycosylated hemoglobin of prediabetic population.Methods 450 subjects including 153 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）,148 people with impaired glucose regulation（IGR）and 149 normal volunteers（NGT）were recruited in the study.All subjects received oral glucose tolerance test.Body mass index（BMI）,waist-to-hipratio（W/H）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,glycerin three greases（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,and glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c） were surveyed.Results（1）Compared with NGT group,people in T2DM or IGR groups showed higher levels of BMI,TG,TC,LDL-C,HbA1c,and lower levels of HDL-C（P〈0.05）.（2）Compared with NGT group,female IGR people showed higher levels of BMI,TG,TC,LDL-C,HbA1C,and lower levels of HDL-C（P〈0.05）,however,male IGR people showed higher levels of HbA1c and lower levels of HDL-C（P〈0.05）.（3）Compared with NGT group,IGR people more than 40 years showed lower levels of HDL-C（P〈0.05）.People more than 50 years in IGR group showed higher levels of HbA1c.Conclusions Lipids disorder as well as adipose play an important role in the progress of impaired glucose tolerance.HbA1c should be mornitored in IGT people regularly.
