摘 要:目的针对2009-2011期间亳州市各区县上报市CDC的手足口病临床诊断病例,进行病毒学检测和鉴定,以了解亳州地区手足口病的流行规律,为手足口病的预防控制及诊断治疗提供科学依据。方法临床诊断为手足口病患儿的咽拭子标本384份,应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法进行肠道病毒EV71、CoxA16、非EV71、非CoxA16的其它肠道病毒的检测。结果经检测,EV71感染159例,CoxA16感染94例,非EV71、非CoxA16感染29例,EV71合并CoxA16感染79例,EV71合并其它22例,CoxA16合并其它2例,EV71、CoxA16合并其它感染1例。感染的主要病毒种类为EV71病毒,其次为CoxA16病毒,亳州市各县区发病无明显的地域差别;此病的高发季节在春夏季;年龄以1~3岁为主;男性多于女性,但差异无统计学意义。结论引起亳州地区2009-2011年间手足口病的主要病原体为EV71病毒和CoxA16病毒。Objective To study the epidemic situation of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in Bozhou, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control measures. Methods 384 throat swabs samples were collected from patients with HFMD and used to detect intestinal viruses EV71, CoxA16, non-EV71, non CoxA16 and other intestinal virus by RT-PCR. Results 159 cases of EV71 infection, 94 cases of CoxA16 infection, 29 cases of non-EV71, non CoxA16 infection, 79 cases of EV71 combined with CoxA16, 22 cases of EV71 combined with other virus, 2 cases of CoxA16 combined with other virus, 1 case of EV71, CoxA16 combined with other infection were detected. The main pathogen was EV71 virus followed by CoxA16 virus. The incidence rates of Bozhou city and different counties showed no significant geographical differences. The occurrences in spring and summer were high, mainly in 1 to 3 years old, more men than women, but not sex-specific. Conclusion The pathogens which causes HFMD in Bozhou during the period from 2009 to 2011 were mainly EV71 virus and CoxA16 virus.
