福田区2009-2011年流行性出血热疫情分析

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市福田区2009-2011年流行性出血热发病情况及流行特征,为预防控制流行性出血热提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对全区2009-2011年流行性出血热的疫情监测资料进行分析。结果福田区2009-2011年报告流行性出血热病例17例,无死亡病例,年报告发病率分别为0.34/10万、0.50/10万和0.53/10万。在辖区大部分街道均有病例报告,以沙头街道报告病例最多,占总病例的47.06%(8/17)。全年均有病例报告,但以冬、春季发病较为集中,1-4月发病11例,占总发病人数64.71%。男性发病多于女性,男女性别比为3.25∶1,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在25岁以上各年龄组均有发病,以青壮年发病为主;无明显的职业分布特征。结论深圳福田区流行性出血热以散发为主,近三年病例数有增高趋势,应做好防鼠、灭鼠工作。Objective To study the epidemic trend and characteristics of epidemic hemorrhagic fever from 2009 to 2011 in Futian district,and provide scientific basis for further prevention and control measures. Method Descriptive epidemiological analysis was used to analyze the data about epidemics trend of epidemic hemorrhagic fever from 2009 to 2011 in Futian district. Results There were 17 cumulative cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever in the past three years without any death. The incidence rate of yearly average were respectively 0.34/100 000, 0.50/100 000, and 0.53/100 000 from 2009 to 2011. The incidence rates of Shatou Street was the highest, accounting for 47.06% of the total cases （8/17）. The cases were reported throughout the year in each month, but the incidences were mainly occurred in winter and spring, accounting for 64.71% of the total incidence. The incidence rate of male was higher than that of female, with a ratio of 3.25：1, but there was no significant difference（P〉O.05）. Cases were reported in all age groups over the age of 25, mainly in young aduhs.There were no significant occupational distribution characteristics. Conclusions Epidemic hemorrhagic fever was in the dissemination level in Futian district. There was a trend of increase in the incidences in the past three years. The eradication and control of rodent work should be further implemented.
