摘  要:静电纺丝技术是一种简单有效的制备纳米纤维的新方法。评述了静电纺丝制备不同类型纳米纤维的研究动态,并着重概述了其装置设计和改进的研究进展。相关研究表明,调整接收装置和液体传送装置,以及采用多喷头组合的方式有望成为电纺丝可控制备纳米纤维及其产业化的有效手段。Electrospinning is considered as a simple and effective method for manufacturing nanofibers. The la- test research progresses on preparing nanofibers in various material systems by this novel technology are firstly dis- cussed. Subsequently, a detailed overview is made on the recent researches about the design and modification of the equipments used by electrospinning techniques. It is promising that the efforts, such as adjusting the receivers and li- quid transfer units as well as combinations of multi-nozzle spray, could meet the challenge for controlled growth and mass production of nanofibers fabricated by electrospinning technique.
