摘  要:采用表面处理法修饰稀土氧化物WO3、CeO2,制备了WO3/CeO2/环氧树脂基多层辐射防护材料。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察材料的微观结构;用多道γ谱仪和Gamma Vision软件对该多层辐射防护材料进行了辐射防护性能测试;运用蒙特卡洛模拟软件EGSnrc对光子在材料中的输运过程进行模拟,并通过计算注量,得出该材料线性衰减系数的理论值,与γ谱测试结果进行比较;比较双层结构中,WO3以及CeO2的先后顺序对于该多层辐射防护材料的影响。结果表明,制备的材料功能性颗粒分布均匀,有轻微团聚现象,在低能区间,CeO2在前的多层材料防护性能较为优越,但是在高能区间WO3在前的防护性能较好,模拟计算的线性衰减系数与实验结果基本吻合。WO3/CeO2/epoxy resin based multilayer radiation shielding material was prepared for radiation pro- tection via route of surface treatment on WO3 and CeO2. The microstructure of multilayer material was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Radiation shielding property was calculated by gamma energy spectrum system and Gamma Vision software. EGSnrc was used to calculate the linear attenuation coefficient of multilayer material and compared with the experimental results. The effect of the sequence of WO3 and CeO2 to the shielding capability of multilayer material was investigated. The result indicates that the particles of WO3and CeO2 in the as-prepared mate- rial we were homogeneous but with slight reunion phenomenon. The linear attenuation coefficient calculated by experi- mental result was basically conforming to the data of simulation. In the area of low energy, the radiation attenuation coefficient of multilayer material was greater which CeO2 was in the front. On the other hand, in the area of high energy,the radiation attenuation coefficient of multilayer material was greater which WOa was in the front.
