摘  要:走刀步长的合理确定是影响曲面加工精度与效率的重要问题。该文对三坐标数控加工中因离散直线逼近所导致的刀具运动非线性误差进行了较严格的理论分析 ,其误差按照轮廓法向定义 ,将目前的二维弧弦近似处理提高到三维意义下基于刀具包络运动的较精确的估计 ,所提出的分析方法适用于多种类型刀具 ,并得出了归一化的计算表达 。Setting the tool's step properly is an important matter that concerns the precision and efficiency of surface machining. In this paper, a strict theoretical analysis is made of the non linear error of tool movement in 3 coordinate NC machining, which is caused by the discrete line approach method,and the error is defined according to the profile's normal direction. The 2D arc chord approximately processing method is updated to precise estimation that is based on tool included movement in 3D space. The analysis method can be applied to many other kinds of tools, and unitary computation expression is obtained. In addition,tool's step estimation that can fulfill the precision requirement is made and simplified algorithm is given.
