航空结冰信号器用Ni温度敏感合金材料的研制

摘　　要：从样品(材料)的理化分析入手,对制造航空结冰信号器用的温度敏感材料的化学成分设计、研制方法、材料的金相组织、电阻-温度性能参数等方面进行了比较详细的研究。研制的温度敏感材料与样品材料相当,为国产电阻温度敏感型结冰信号器提供了核心材料,为航空仪表工业提供了一定的技术支持。Starting from physical and chemical analysis of samples, Ni temperature-sensitive material＇s chemical composition,development of methods, material microstructure, resistance-temperature performance parameters etc on icing annunciator were researched. The temperature-sensitive material is the same to the sanmple material, it is provi- ded core material for resistance-temperature sensitive icing annunciator made in china and technology support for na- tional aviation instrument industry.
