瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法选择笔者所在医院2010年1月～2011年12月治疗的老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者47例,分为观察组与对照组,观察组口服瑞舒伐他汀钙片,对照组口服烟酸肌醇酯,治疗6个月后观察两组患者的疗效及血脂变化。结果观察组总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为65.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平治疗后与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀钙可显著改善冠心病患者的血脂水平和动脉粥样硬化程度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of rosuvastatin calcium in treating elderly coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods 47 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group and control group. The clinical efficacy and blood lipid levels were observed and compared between the two groups after 6 months of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the observation group control group（87.50% and 65.22%,P 0.05）. TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C level of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group after 6 months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium can improve the lipid levels and degree of atherosclerosis in elderly patients with coronaryartery disease,which is worthy of promotion.
