盐酸特比萘芬软膏治疗浅部真菌病36例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸特比萘芬乳膏对皮肤浅部真菌感染的治疗效果。方法皮肤浅部真菌病患者被分成人数相同的治疗组与对照组,治疗组使用盐酸特比萘芬软膏治疗,对照组使用克霉唑软膏进行治疗,并对比两组的疗效。结果观察组总有效率为100.0%,对照组总有效率为83.3%。观察组的总有效率高于对照组。结论 1%盐酸特比萘芬乳膏对皮肤浅部真菌感染的治疗效率好,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect to terbinafine ointment cream on patients with superficial mycoses. Methods Superficial fungal disease is divided into the same number of treatment group and control group, treatment group using the ointment in the treatment of terbinafine hydrochloride in the control group to use clotrimazole ointment for treatment, and then compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results Observation group, the total efficiency is 100.0%, control group, the total efficiency is 83.3%. the total efficiency of Observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Terbinafine ointment cream is effective, safe remedy to patients with superficial mycoses. It is worth of application and dissemination.
