氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压38例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压的降压效果。方法入选的76例原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组(氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦)和对照组(氨氯地平)各38例,比较两组的降压效果。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率达94.7%,明显高于对照组76.3%,且两组治疗后的SBP、DBP均较治疗前明显降低,观察组更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦降压具有协同作用,患者耐受性好、安全性高,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine in treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 76 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group （amlodipine＋irbesartan） and the control group（amlodipine）,and the antihypertensive effect was compared. Results After treatment, total effective rate in observation group was 94.7%, was significantly higher than the control group（76.3%）.SBP and DBP were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups, the observation group was more obvious,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of essential hypertension has a synergistic effect, the tolerance of patients is good, security is high.It is worthy of promotion and application.
