浮针联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛36例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨浮针联合加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取笔者所在科室2009年4月～2011年4月收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者36例,对36例后遗神经痛患者均使用浮针和加巴喷丁胶囊口服联合治疗,观察其临床治疗效果。结果经浮针和加巴喷丁胶囊联合治疗后,36例患者的总有效率为91.67%。结论浮针联合加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果显著,可有效缓解PHN患者的神经病理性疼痛,疗效好,无痛苦,易施行。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of floating pin combining with gabapentin capsules in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 36 cases with post herpetic neuralgia of our hospital from April 2009 to April 2011 were selected.36 patients with post herpetic neuralgia were treated the floating pin combining gabapentin capsule therapy. And observed the clinical efficacy of 36 patients. Results After the floating pin combining with gabapentin capsule therapy,the total effective rate of 36 patients was 91.67%. Conclusion Floating pin combining with gabapentin capsule has good effect in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia,and can effectively alleviate neuropathic pain of PHN patients.It has good effect,no pain and easy implementation.
