糖尿病合并低血糖症90例的临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病合并低血糖症患者治疗的效果和主要措施进行研究分析。方法抽取90例糖尿病合并低血糖症患者,采用强化胰岛素方法进行治疗。结果患者治疗后空腹血糖和餐后血糖水平明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用胰岛素强化治疗对糖尿病合并低血糖症患者的临床效果非常明显。Objective To Research and analysis the treatment effect and the main measures of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia. Methods 90 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia were selected and treated by intensification insulin therapy. Results The fasting blood sugar and postprandial blood sugar level of patients after treatment were better than the fasting blood sugar and postprandial blood sugar level before treatment. The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of intensification insulin therapy for patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia is very obvious.
