益气固肾汤治疗老年女性膀胱过度活动症35例观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟益气固肾汤治疗膀胱过度活动症的临床疗效。方法 35例老年女性膀胱过度活动症患者每日口服益气固肾汤,治疗4周,记录用药前后排尿日记,比较用药前后24h排尿次数、夜尿次数、24h尿急次数。结果 35例患者经益气固肾汤治疗4周,24h排尿次数、夜尿次数、24h尿急次数较用药前均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论益气固肾汤治疗老年女性膀胱过度活动症安全、有效,能明显改善尿频尿急症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect on self-made Yiqi Gushen decoction in the treatment of overactive bladder syndrome. Methods 35 cases of elderly female patients with overactive bladder syndrome had daily oral administration of Yiqi Gushen decoction for 4 weeks. Voiding diary records had been made before and after the treatment. The average of 24 hours urinary frequency,nocturia frequency and 24 hour urinary urgency frequency were compared by the paired t test. Results In these cases,the average of 24 hours urinary frequency,nocturia frequency and 24 hour urinary urgency frequency after treatment were improved than before the treatment. The difference between them was statistically significant （P 0.01）. Conclusion Yiqi Gushen decoction is effective on overactive bladder sydrome in elderly women.It can relieve symptoms of frequent urination safely and effectively.
