摘　　要：目的类志贺邻单胞菌是近年来受到关注的感染性腹泻及食物中毒的病原体。从1例腹泻患者便样中检出类志贺邻单胞菌,以此了解类志贺邻单胞菌的生物学特性。方法采用生化反应试验了解该菌的生化特性、血清学凝集试验检测该菌的存在、药敏试验对所检菌株进行分析,并与肠杆菌科志贺菌加以鉴别。结果检出株菌确诊为类志贺邻单胞菌。结论采用生化反应、血清学凝集、药敏试验对类志贺菌与肠杆菌科志贺菌加以鉴别。Objective Plesiomus shigelloides which is the pathogen of infectious diarrhea and food poisoning, is noted for the past few years. PS was detected from a stool sample of a diarrhea patient to understood the biological characteristics of PS. Methods Biochemical reactions was used to explore the biochemical properties of this bacterium. Serological agglutination test was used to detect the presence of this bacterium. Antibiotic susceptibility test was used to analysis this bacterium, which was distinguished with enterobacteriaceae shigella. Results The strains were identified as PS. Conclusion PS was identified with enterobacteriaceae shigella by biochemical reactions, serological agglutination test and antibiotic susceptibility test.
