摘  要:目的 比较不同组别MS-TRAM皮瓣切取后对腹壁生物力学特性的影响.方法 研究采用SD大鼠模型:其中预试验6只,其余共计40只SD大鼠随机分为5组(对照组、MS0组、MS1组、MS2组和MS3组).术后第3、6周切取腹壁标本,采用岛津生物力学检测仪检测标本最大抗张强度.结果 所有组别皮瓣均100%存活.术后第3、6周,MS2组和MS3组的腹壁最大抗张强度无统计学意义.结论 MS2-TRAM和MS3-TRAM切取术后的腹壁最大抗张强度无统计学意义,提示临床上MS2-TRAM皮瓣和MS3-TRAM皮瓣切取后,患者腹壁疝的发生概率无统计学意义.Objective To explore the effects of MS-TRAM harvested in the different groups on biomechanie characteristics of abdominal wall of rats. Methods Forty-six SD rats model was adopted, and 6 rats were used for preliminary test and 40 rats were equally divided into a control group and 4 experimental groups (MS0, MS1, MS2, and MS3 ) according to the amount of harvested rectus abdominis muscles. The samples from abdominal wall were harvested at 3 and 6 weeks, the maximum tensile strengths of the abdominal wall were detected by SHIMADZU biomechanics testing instrument. Results All flaps survived completely without complications. Concerning the ultimate load at failure of the abdominal wall, the results showed there were no statistic differences between MS3 and MS2. Conclusion The findings of this study maybe imply that there is no statistic difference between the incidence of abdominal hernia after MS2-TRAM and MS3-TRAM harvest.
