盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的评价盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法将慢性支气管炎患者60例随机分成观察组和对照组两组。对照组给予盐酸溴己新注射液治疗,观察组给予盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗。结果观察组总有效率96.66%高于对照组总有效率73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应情况。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗慢性支气管炎疗效可靠,具有良好的安全性。Objective To evaluate of the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods 60 cases of chronic bronchitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given bromhexine hydrochloride injection.The observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.66%,which was higher than 73.33% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The patients in the two groups did not appear obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion The curative effect is reliable that ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,with a good safety.
