摘 要:目的探讨四维超声在诊断胎儿畸形中的应用价值情况。方法分析笔者所在医院收治的中晚期孕妇3000例临床资料,对比二维及四维超声检查胎儿畸形的结果。结果四维超声的胎儿畸形诊断率高于二维超声,四维超声检查可见20例胎儿畸形,其中唇裂6例,脊柱裂4例,无脑儿1例,脐膨出5例,胎儿心脏畸形2例,肛门闭锁1例,先天愚型1例。结论对于胎儿畸形诊断,四维超声可以全面、细致的观察胎儿发育异常,进而减少畸形胎儿出生率,提高人口生育质量,值得临床借鉴应用。Objective To approach application of value analysis of diagnostic fetal malformation by 4D ultrasound.Methods To analyze 3 000 clinical data of late pregnant women in the author's hospital,4D ultrasound examination showed 20 cases of fetal malformation.Results Diagnosis of fetal deformity rate of 4D ultrasound was higher than that of 2D ultrasonography.4D ultrasound examination showed 20 cases of fetal malformation,in which,harelip 6 cases,spina bifida 4 cases,anencephaly 1 case,omphalocele 5 cases,fetal cardiac malformation 4 cases,anal atresia 1 case,mongolism1 case.Conclusion For diagnosis of fetal deformity,4D ultrasound can be comprehensive,meticulous observation of the abnormal development of fetus,reduced the malformation of fetal birth rate,improved the population quality,which was to be used.
