摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨结节截骨在显露困难的复杂膝关节置换中应用的可行性及效果。方法本次实验以笔者所在医院2010年1月～2011年7月收治的20例行膝关节置换术的患者为实验对象,所有患者均在手术显露时使用胫骨结节截骨技术,回顾分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗,所有患者的膝关节活动性和KSS评分均显著改善,且截骨部位全部完整愈合,未发生术后并发症。结论本次临床实验结果表明,胫骨结节截骨具有较为理想的膝关节显露效果,且有效性和安全性较高,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application feasibility and effectiveness of tibial tubercle osteotomy in revealed difficulties complex knee replacement.Methods 20 cases with knee arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2010 to July 2011 were selected as research objects,the patients were all used tibial tubercle osteotomy technology when in surgery revealed,retrospectively analyzed the patients＇ clinical effect.Results After the treatment,all patients＇ knee activity and KSS score were significantly improved,and the osteotomy site had been completely healed,had no postoperative complications occur.Conclusion The results of clinical trials shows that the tibial tubercle osteotomy has ideal knee revealed effects and higher efficacy and safety,with a high clinical value.
