白细胞介素32在胃癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素32蛋白在胃癌及其癌旁组织中的表达情况,并分析与临床病理特征之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测胃癌和癌旁组织中白细胞介素32蛋白的表达情况,并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果胃癌组织中白细胞介素32蛋白的阳性表达率为95%(19/20),明显高于癌旁组织的表达率14.3%(1/7),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。白细胞介素32蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤细胞的浸润深度、TNM分期、性别、年龄及有无淋巴结转移无相关性(P>O.05)。结论白细胞介素32在胃癌组织中呈过表达,白细胞介素32蛋白的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤浸润、肿瘤分期及淋巴转移无关。Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin 32 in gastric cancer and its adjacent tissuesand analysis the correlation between IL-32 and clinical pathological characteristics of gastric cancerpatients. Methods Immunohistochemistry were used for the detection of gastric cancer andthe correlation between IL-32 and clinical pathological characteristics features of gastric cancer patients. Results Immunohistochemistry analysis of samples revealed that IL-32 was strongly positive in tumor tissues （95%,19/20）,whereas tissues beside tumor showed negative staining（14.3%,1/7）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. There was no correlation between expression of IL-32 and the invasion depth of tumor,TNM staging,gender,age and lymph node metastasis（P 0.05）. Conclusion The interleukin32 in human gastric cancer tissue were highly expression.There was no correlation between expression of IL-32 and the invasion depth of tumor,TNM staging,gender,age and lymph node metastasis.
