摘　　要：目的进行试验分析和研究多种细胞移植联合环腺苷酸和软骨素酶治疗大鼠脊髓损伤。方法对60例大鼠进行脊髓损伤模型,随机分成4组,对其行运动功能评定、免疫荧光染色。结果多种细胞移植联合环腺苷酸和软骨素酶组的坏死总面积和最大横径均小于其他3组。结论多种细胞移植联合环腺苷酸和软骨素酶治疗大鼠脊髓损伤可以获得显著疗效。Objective To test and analyze the multiple cell transplantation combined with cyclic AMP and chondroitinase ABC treatment of spinal cord injury in rats.Methods 60 cases of rats were randomly divided into four groups,60 rats spinal cord injury model,evaluated the movement function,immune championship dyeing of rats.Results Various cell transplantation combined with cyclic AMP and chondroitinase ABC group necrosis area and maximum diameter was smaller than the other three groups.Conclusion Multiple cell transplantation combined with cyclic AMP and chondroitinase ABC treatment of spinal cord injury in rats can be significant effect.
