超声引导下穿刺活检对乳腺占位性病变诊断的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下穿刺活检对乳腺占位性病变诊断的临床价值。方法对56例乳腺占位性病变患者行超声引导下穿刺活检,对其做出良、恶性的鉴别诊断,并与手术后组织病理学诊断结果进行对照比较。结果经手术后病理诊断结果证实,超声引导下穿刺活检诊断乳腺占位性病变的灵敏度、特异度、约登指数分别高达93.8%、100.0%、0.93,而超声诊断的相应指标仅分别为81.3%、97.4%、0.79。无一例患者发生并发症。结论超声引导下穿刺活检乳腺占位性病变具有准确率高、安全性高、并发症少等优点,是临床上确诊乳腺占位性病变极有价值的方法之一。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy in diagnosing breast mass.Methods 56 cases with breast mass underwent ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy（US-CNB） and the results were compared with those of pathology.Results After surgery pathology results confirmed that ultrasound guided biopsies in the diagnosis of space-occupying lesions of the breast that sensitivity,specificity and youden index as high as 93.8%,100.0%,0.93.Ultrasonic diagnosis and appropriate indicators only 81.3%,97.4%,0.79.There were no complications in all cases.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy of breast lesions has high accuracy,high security,fewer complications advantages and so on,it is clinically effective methods of diagnosis of breast lesions.
