摘　　要：目的探讨急诊超选择性肾动脉栓塞在肾外伤出血治疗中的疗效和价值。方法回顾分析41例于入院后6h内行超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗的肾外伤出血患者的临床资料、影像学表现、栓塞方法、临床疗效及随访结果。结果本组41例患者均一次栓塞成功,成功率为100%,于术后12h内肉眼血尿颜色明显变清,术后1～3d肉眼血尿消失,1例肾癌外伤后破裂出血栓塞止血后手术切除,余均保肾治疗成功,术后随访3个月～1年,失访2例,肾周血肿吸收良好,肾分泌功能正常,无严重并发症。结论超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾外伤出血是一种安全、可靠、损伤小的方法,能有效的保护肾功能,尽早实施栓塞治疗对减少肾出血量和更好地保护肾功能有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and value of the super-selective catheterization of renal artery embolization for the treatment of traumatic renal bleeding in emergency.Methods Retrospective analysis of 41 patients with traumatic renal bleeding treated with super-selective catherization.Results All patients were once embolism success,technical success rate was 100% and gross hematuria disappeared after 1 to 3 days.One patient＇s kidney with renal cell carcinoma was resected after embolization.All patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year except 2 patients,peripheral hematoma was absorbed and there were no serious complications.Conclusion Super-selective catherization of renal artery embolization in an emergency is a safe,effective,simple and convenient method for the treatment of traumatic renal bleeding.
