通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨通心络胶囊在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的疗效。方法对笔者所在医院收治的50例冠心病心绞痛患者进行研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用传统的常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用通心络胶囊,分析通心络胶囊的药效。结果治疗后两组患者的临床症状和心电图的改善情况进行比较,观察组的总体有效率为88%,对照组总体有效率为76%,两组患者的治疗效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显的不良反应。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,安全性较高,值得临床上广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the treatment of 50 patients, and to explore the effect of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods Conducted a study of 50 patients admitted to the author＇s hospital patients with angina pectoris, and randomly assigned as an average of the observation group and the control group, the control group using conventional treatment methods,observation group plus Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the method of treatment in the control group,analysis Tongxinluo capsule efficacy. Results By the two groups were compared after treatment improvement of clinical symptoms and ECG compared to the observation group, the overall response rate was 88%, the control group, the overall response rate was 76%,the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The two groups of patients had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris efficacy significantly, higher security, should be widely used in clinical practice.
