摘　　要：目的探讨心力衰竭超声指数在慢性心力衰竭评价中的应用价值。方法将到笔者所在医院就治的84例慢性心力衰竭患者进行心力衰竭超声指数评分,并将评分结果与纽约心功能分级及血浆脑利钠肽水平进行比较分析。结果心力衰竭超声指数诊断慢性心力衰竭的敏感性为88.10%,特异性为91.67%,诊断正确率为97.62%;心力衰竭超声指数与血浆脑利钠肽水平呈正相关(P<0.01);纽约心功能分级越严重,心力衰竭超声指数越大(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭超声指数在慢性心力衰竭临床诊断及评价中具有较高的应用价值,可作为评价慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的新指标。Objective To investigate the value of of heart failure echocardiography in chronic heart failure evaluation. Methods To evaluate failure echocardiography score of 84 patients with chronic heart failure, the results were compared with NYHA functional classification and plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels. Results The sensitivity of ultrasound index with heart failure diagnosis of chronic heart failure 88.10%, 91.67% specificity,diagnostic accuracy rate of 97.62%;Heart failure,ultrasound index and plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels were positively correlated（P 〈 0.01）; the more serious classification of heart function,the index of heart failure ultrasonic greater（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Heart failure echocardiography has a higher value in the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of chronic heart failure,can be used as a new index of the evaluation of cardiac function in patients of chronic heart failure.
