摘　　要：目的通过对肺炎伴反应性血小板增多的儿童进行临床特征、实验室指标的分析,探讨血小板计数能否作为评判儿童肺炎严重程度的参考指标。方法对103例肺炎伴有血小板增多的患儿与110例肺炎血小板计数正常的患儿的临床特点、血实验室生化指标进行比较。结果血小板增多组发生呼吸困难比例高,住院时间长,白细胞计数高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周血血小板计数升高与病情严重程度相关,可作为评判肺炎的炎症反应及病情严重程度的实用参考指标。Objective To explore whether the platelet count could use a useful clinical marker in judging the severity of pneumonia in children,we analyzed clinical data and biochemical results in these patients. Methods Experiment group included 103 children with reactive thrombocytosis,control group included 110 children with normal platelet count.To compare clinical data, biochemical results between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Results There were more dyspnea cases,longer hospitalization time,higher blood cell count in experiment group compared with control group. Conclusion Platelet count is correlated with the severity of pneumonia in children,it could use a useful clinical marker in judging the severity and guiding treatment of pneumonia.
