摘  要:冠心病患者在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后,血管内膜会因为过度增生而导致血管再狭窄。现阶段研究表明,血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的过度增殖是内膜过度增生导致再狭窄的主要因素之一。文献报道超声波可以通过机械作用、热效应以及空化效应抑制VSMC增殖甚至诱导其凋亡,而联合微泡则能显著降低超声波辐照所需要的能量,从而能够更安全有效地抑制细胞增殖并诱导细胞凋亡,有望成为临床促进组织修复、抑制细胞增殖的新方法。Intimal hyperplasia will lead to vascular restenosis after the treatment of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCl) in patients with coronary heart disease is intimal hyperplasia. The current research indicates lhat the excessive proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) is one of the main factors of intimal hyper plasia. It is reported that the mechanical action, thermal effects and cavitation inhibition of ultrasound can be used to suppress the proliferation and even induce the apoptosis of VSMCs. And the combination of acoustic microhub- bits can significantly reduce the energy of the ultrasonic irradiation, which makes it more convenient, and effec- tive. It is expected to be a new method for the promotion of tissue repair and the inhibition of cell proliferation.
