摘　　要：叙述采用系统工程学的方法来计划和管理工程机械大型研发项目,通过对"863"计划工程项目的事例分析,提出了基于技术逻辑图和进度网络图的计划与管理方法,从实用角度为大型工程机械工程项目的顺利实施提供依据,是一次有益的尝试。The text describes how to use a systems engineering to plan and manage large R&D projects of the construction machinery that thru an analysis of Project 863 for instance to have put forth a plan and management which were based on a technical logical diagram and progressive network diagram,as becoming a basis and reference offered to successively executing projects of the construction machinery at the view point of utility,thus being a beneficial attempt.
