摘  要:针对价值流管理三大主要指标——在制品、提前期和生产节拍时间(WIP、Leadtime和Takttime)对于工程机械制造企业的实际意义和影响分别进行了论述,明确了三大指标的本末和主次关系,阐述了实施VSM(价值流,Value Stream Management)的着眼点以及大致的过程和方法,以发现浪费,进而消除浪费,达到降低成本、提高利润的目的。We aiming at three major indicators in the value stream management,i.e.WIP,lead time,and tact time described them respectively for their practical significance and effects in the construction machinery manufacture enterprises,and then defined their head and tail,and chief and subsidiary relations to each other of the 3 major indicators.Finally,we described the focus,and general processes and methods to execute VSM(value stream management) so as to discover what is wasted,in order to eliminate the waster and reach a goal of lower cost and higher profit.
