摘　　要：利用单片微机 80 C31 BH的特殊功能 ,外加 81 C55、2 7C64及451 4等外围芯片构成一频率信号数字检测分析仪。介绍了它的检测原理、硬件设计和软件设计。该仪器具有记忆强、功耗低等优点 。The author utitized the special function of single chip microcomputer 80C31BH in addition to 81C55、27C64 and 4514,etc.to compose a frequency signal digital detection analysis device.The paper introduces its detection principle' hardware design and software design.The device has many good points,for example,memory,power consumption,etc.It has paved a new way for frequency digital detection analsis.
