摘  要:利用基因枪转化法将天花粉蛋白基因导入水稻。经PCR、Southern和North ern杂交分析证明外源基因已整合到水稻基因组中并有转录。抗虫试验表明 ,与对照比较转基因水稻明显地增强了对螟虫、稻飞虱的抗性。The Trichosanthes Kirilowii thichosanthin gene were introduced into several rice cultivars (Oryza sativa) by the particle bombardment It was obtained that the 19 independent transgenic plants that the PCR amplified analyses reveal positive Five of them were tested the resistance to rice stem borers and rice planthopper The preliminary bioassay results from three different test locations indicated that the two lines of them, TP309 tcs 1 and Zhongyuan tcs 1, could enhance the resistance to rice stem borers and rice planthopper further, Southern and Northern blot analysed , results confirmed that the thichosanthin gene was integrated into rice genome and expressed at the transcriptional level in the two transgenic plant lines
