摘　　要：为提升遂行多样化军事行动卫勤保障能力,针对卫勤组织指挥中的决策问题,设计实现卫勤决策支持系统。为该系统确定卫勤资源可视管理、卫勤仿真实验以及卫勤保障方案制定与评估等功能需求,设计以卫勤数据库和卫勤模型库为核心的系统体系结构,介绍系统实现的三种关键技术。通过该系统在卫勤资源配置等领域的应用,初步验证应用卫勤决策支持系统提升卫勤保障能力的可行性。To enhance health service capability for carrying out diversified military operations, a health service decision support system was designed and implemented for decision -making problems in health service command and control, its functional requirements were firstly identified, including health service visual resource management, health service simulation experimentation, and, scheme making and evaluation. Then its architecture was design with the core of a database and a model library, and several main technologies to implement the system were introduced. The system was applied in the allocation of resources and other fields in health service, which demonstrated the feasibility of the application of decision support systems to enhance medical support capability
