摘　　要：从医院管理的发展趋势、医院的竞争力、服务水平、医院文化等方面,阐述医院要以人为本,进行人性化管理的必要性;并从人性化管理制度的建设、医院文化的培养和发展、人才培养和使用机制、人性化医疗服务的提升等方面,给出推动医院人性化管理的建议。The article discussed the necessity of hospital implementing human - oriented management from the viewpoints of the development tendency of hospital management, hospital competitiveness, service level, hospi- tal culture, and so on. Some suggestions were proposed for promoting the personalized management in hospital, such as constructing personalized management system, cultivating and developing hospital culture, training and using human resource, improving personalized medical services, and so on.
