摘 要:目的:探讨a-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病肾病的保护作用。方法:腹腔注射链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病模型,并将大鼠分成非糖尿病组(NC),糖尿病组(DM),硫辛酸治疗组(DM+ALA),每组7只。12周后检测血糖、血脂、24小时尿蛋白定量水平,同时取大鼠肾脏,测定组织匀浆中氧化应激指标。结果:12周后,DM+ALA组较DM组的血糖、血脂水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),24小时尿蛋白定量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DM组比NC组的MDA增加,GSH、SOD减少;DM+ALA比DM组MDA减少,GSH、SOD增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);24小时尿蛋白定量与GSH、SOD水平负相关,与MDA水平正相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:a-硫辛酸能改善2型糖尿病大鼠体内的氧化应激状态,延缓糖尿病肾病进展。Objective: To investigate the protective effect of a-lipoic acid on type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods: After the diabetic rats models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin, the diabetic rats were divided into non-diabetic group (NC), diabetic group (DM), lipoic acid treatment group (DM + ALA), (n = 7). After 12 weeks, we checked blood glucose, lipids, 24-hour urinary protein level, and took the rat kidney, and determine oxidative stress parameters in tissue homogenates. Results: After 12 weeks, compared with the DM + ALA group and the DM group, bloodglucose, blood lipid levels were no significant differences (P 〉0.05 ), 24-hour urinary protein excretion difference had statistically significance (P 〈0.05); Compared the DM group with the NC group, the MDA increase, GSH and SOD reduced, Compared the DM + ALA with the DM group, MDA reduced, GSH and SOD in increased, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.05). 24 hours urinary protein excretion was negatively correlated with the level of GSH, SOD, positively correlated with the level of MDA, The differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: α-lipoic acid can improve the oxidative stress status in type 2 diabetic rats and delay diabetic nephropathy progress.
