摘 要:目的:研究蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶SHP-2(Src homology 2 domain-containing phosphatase)在喉癌(Laryngeal squamous carcinoma,LSC)组织中的表达水平,初步探讨SHP-2与LSC发生发展的关系。方法:入选17例LSC患者,免疫组化染色检测SHP-2表达,显微镜下观察阳性率,取4例喉癌患者的正常粘膜组织为对照组。结果:SHP-2在喉癌组织中的表达与正常粘膜组织中的表达差异有显著性意义;喉癌组织中SHP-2的表达与淋巴结转移存在正相关。结论:SHP-2在LSC组织中的表达显著增高,可能与LSC发生发展的机制有关;SHP-2在不同级别LSC组织中的表达无明显差异,与临床分期无关,提示SHP-2对LSC的分化程度可能不起重要作用。Objective: To study the expression of Src homology 2 domain-containing phoaphataae SHP-2 in laryngeal squamous carcinoma (LSC) and the relationship between SHP-2 expression and the development of LSC. Methods: The expression of SHP-2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in normal mucosa tissues and various grades of LSC. Results: The positive percentage of SHP-2 in LSC was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa tissues, correlating with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The expressions of SHP-2 increased dramatically in LSC, which was probably related with the mechanisms of the development of LSC; the SHP-2 expressions were shown no obvious difference in various grades of LSC and were not correlated with clinical stage, indicating that SHP-2 perhaps did not play an important role in cell differentiation degree of LSC.
