摘　　要：介绍了 4 65Q型汽油发动机缸体的结构特点及技术要求 ,阐述了这种薄壁复杂缸体的铸造工艺方案 ,并分析了铸件缺陷及显微组织 .The structure characteristics and technology requirements of cylinder block casting of 465Q model automobile engine were introduced,and then,a casting process about this thin wall and complex shape casting was proposal.In the last,the casting defects and microstructure of the product were analyzed.
