西安市猕猴桃含硒量测定

摘　　要：为了解西安市产的猕猴桃含硒量水平 ,采用荧光法测定了秦美猕猴桃、阿特猕猴桃和长安一号猕猴桃含硒量。结果表明 ,三种猕猴桃每 1 0 0g含硒量分别为 0 4 0、 0 3 3和 0 4 3 μg。这些结果接近文献报道的多数桔、梨和苹果含硒量 ,而低于大米和小麦含硒量。The level of selenium(Se) of samples of 3 types of Actinidia in Xian areas were analyzed with a fluorescent spectrometry method The results showed that Se content in Qin Mei,Ar Te and Chang An No 1 Actinidia were 0 40,0 33 and 0 43 μg/100 g,respectively Compared with previously reported results,the Se content in Actinidia growed in Xian areas was close to that in orange, pear and apple,but was lower than that in rice and wheat
