摘　　要：随着潜艇数量的增加,潜艇在巡航过程中出现的事故也经常发生,引起了各国对援潜救生的普遍重视。国内外大型防救演习中均将救生钟的对接援救演练作为必演科目之一。我国现役潜艇上也都设有救生钟专用对接救生平台。机动型救生钟是我国重要援潜救生装备、是新型号救生钟系统。该系统以机动化快速运输、快速装船、快速援救为主要使用特点。论文简要地介绍机动型救生钟的系统组成,阐述铠装缆绞车的使用工况、功能需求和任务分配,计算绞车卷筒工作负载,提出绞车技术参数和功能指标,确定绞车液压动力驱动参数。对所研制的绞车进行了试验考核和验证。海试结果表明:该绞车的技术性能指标先进,具有被动放缆和张力保护功能,铠装缆同步收放和自动换向,不发生缠绕、乱缆等现象,绞车运行安全、可靠,满足了机动型救生钟布放和回收要求。这些成果将为我国援潜救生装备,以及深海水下载人/无人潜水器布放回收系统的设计提供依据和参考。With the number of submarines increasing rapidly, there are many accidents occurred during submarines＇ cruising. Universal attentions to submarine rescue are awakened by the accident of Russian Navy＇s second-generation of strategic nuclear submarine ＂Kursk＂. One of the important means for submarine rescue is SRC. Since 70th last century abroad, Navy＇s submarine rescue armies have been equipped with SRCs. When entering 2 lth-century, it is also necessary to perform mating exercises between SRC and disabled submarine （DISSUB）. The dedicated mating platforms for SRCs are also fitted to all submarines in China. The main warfare missions of SRC with mobility is rescuing submarine rapidly. After the DISSUB is rapidly mated with SRC, The survivors will be transferred to water surface from DISSUB, or the crewmen will be transported to the submarine from the surface for the missions of submarine rescue. The SRC with mobility is a very important equipment used for submarine rescue in China. Rapidly transporting, rapidly shipping and rapidly rescuing is a key technical character. Main purpose of this paper is to briefly introduce operating process and system configuration for a new type of winch with steel armored umbilical cable used in SRC with Mobility. Operating conditions, functional requirements and missions for the winch are specified, Firstly, the working load to the winch drum is calculated according to Norway Rules （DNV） for certification and classification of submersibles and Chinese Rules for lifting appliances of ships and offshore installations. Then, technical parameters and function requirements for winch are presented. Driving power parameters for winch are given. Finally, land tests and open water tank tests have been finished. From the sea trial it can be concluded that the winch can well meet the needs of launch and recovery for SRC with Mobility.
