摘  要:通过对水钢ER70S-6浇注过程中发生套眼的现象进行分析,发现钢水套眼结瘤物主要是夹杂物,主要来源于钢液中二次氧化和未上浮的Al2O3,通过优化各工艺环节,解决了铜水套眼结瘤事故,提高了铸坯质量。By analyzing nozzle clogging during continuous casting of ER70S-6 mohen steel in SHOUGANG Shuicheng Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., we found that the clogging material was mainly inclusion which was Al2O3 in the molten steel or from secondary oxidization of the molten steel. Through optimizing processes, we solved the clogging problem and improved quality of the billet.
