摘　　要：立足于工程全寿命周期,构建大型工程健康管理框架;从工程系统分解和健康风险因素分解两个角度对健康监测点进行设计,创建工程系统健康状况评价矩阵和评价流程。以期对实现大型工程"建—管—养"一体化管理、节约维护成本、增加使用寿命、提高工程性能有一定的借鉴意义。Based on the whole life of engineering, constructs the framework of health management for large-scale engineering. Designs the health monitoring locations from the perspectives of the decomposition of engineering system and health risk factors, develops the valuation matrix and assessment processes of engineering system health condition, which would be attributing to realize construction-operation-maintain integrated management of large-scale engineering, save maintain cost, extend utility longevity, and improve the engineering properties.
