摘　　要：对低碳建筑的内涵、评价体系、排放状况、影响因素、财税政策等文献进行归纳和述评,提出低碳建筑发展模式创新、评价体系构建、转型机制探索以及政策框架设计等未来需要重点关注的研究方向。Reviews the existing research of low-carbon building about the concept, evaluation system, situation of carbon dioxide emission, influencing factors, finance and carbon tax policy, puts forward the further research areas about low- carbon building, including the innovation of development model, the establishment of evaluation system, transformation mechanisms as well as the design of policy-framework.
