摘 要:在调节pH、消除陪伴离子影响的基础上,通过盆栽试验,探讨了供硅对盐胁迫条件下草地早熟禾逆境生理指标和成活率的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,盐胁迫条件下早熟禾叶片质膜透性和丙二醛含量增加,过氧化氢酶活性降低;供硅能够降低盐胁迫下草地早熟禾叶片的质膜透性和丙二醛含量,提高过氧化氢酶活性和游离脯氨酸含量,早熟禾成活率比单盐处理提高1.25~1.86倍,植株干重增加11.76%~35.29%。在土壤氯化钠含量为0.40%时,以0.32g(SiO2)/kg土处理的效果最好。In order to study the effect of silicon on physiological characteristics of Kentucky bluegrass under salt stress,the pot experiment were conducted.HCl was used to neutralize the alkalinity of Na2SiO3,and the different concentration of Cl-and Na+ between treatments was balanced with the addition of NaCl,thus the effect of pH and accompanying ions by adding silicate was eliminated.The results showed that the membrane permeability and malondialdehyde(MAD) content in leaves increased under NaCl stress,while the activities of catalase(CAT) was lower than that in no NaCl treatment.Addition of silicon could significantly decrease membrane permeability and MAD content,and increase the activities of CAT and proline(Pro) content,and then increased the survival rate and dry biomass of Kentucky bluegrass.Compared with the single NaCl treatment,the survival rate was increased by 1.25~1.86 times and the dry biomass was increased by 1.76%~35.29%.Among the treatments,the effect of addition 0.32g(SiO2)per kg soil was the best when the NaCl content in soil was 0.40%.
