摘 要:为了评价九种观赏草的耐盐性,以半致死浓度为指标,研究了NaCl、Na2CO3及混合溶液对种子萌发的影响,以及NaCl溶液对幼苗成活的影响。结果表明,相同浓度下,Na2CO3溶液对这些草种萌发的胁迫作用比NaCl溶液更重。九种观赏草种子萌发期的耐盐性由强到弱为狼尾草、远东芨芨草、‘小兔子’狼尾草、芨芨草、拂子茅、丽色画眉、野古草、须芒草、长芒草,半致死NaCl浓度为1.59%~0.71%,溶液电导率为25.09~12.41dS/m。九种观赏草幼苗期的耐盐性由强到弱为:芨芨草、‘小兔子’狼尾草、狼尾草、丽色画眉、须芒草、长芒草、远东芨芨草、拂子茅、野古草,除了芨芨草和‘小兔子’狼尾草以外,其余七种观赏草的半致死NaCl浓度为4.25%~0.36%,溶液电导率为55.78~7.02dS/m。In order to assess the salt tolerance of nine ornamental grasses,using the half lethal concentration(LC50),the effects of NaCl,Na2CO3 and mixed solutions on seeds germination of nine ornamental grasses and the effects of NaCl solutions on survival of the grasses seedlings were studied.The results indicated that under the same concentrations,Na2CO3 solutions had heavier stress to the germination of the grasses than NaCl solutions.The salt tolerance of these nine ornamental grasses at the germination stage from strong to weak was: Pennisetum alopecuroides(L.) Spreng.,Achnatherum extremiorientale(Hara) Keng,Pennisetum alopecuroides 'Little Bunny',Achnatherum splendens(Trin.) Nevski,Calamagrostis brachytricha Steud.,Eragrostis spectabilis(Pursh) Steud.,Arundinella hirta(Thunb.) Tanaka,Andropogon scoparius L.,Stipa bungeana Trin..The LC50 of these grasses ranged 1.59%~0.71%,and the electrical conductivity of relative NaCl solutions ranged 25.09~12.41 dS/m.The salt tolerance of these nine ornamental grasses at the seedling stage from strong to weak was: A.splendens,P.alopecuroides 'Little Bunny',P.alopecuroides,E.spectabilis,A.scoparius,S.bungeana,A.extremiorientale,C.brachytricha,A.hirta.The LC50 of the other grasses ranged 4.25%~0.36% except A.splendens and P.alopecuroides 'Little Bunny',and the electrical conductivity of relative NaCl solutions ranged 55.78~7.02 dS/m.
