小儿先天性巨结肠围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的:为了使先天性巨结肠患儿围手术期护理方法更加完善,与手术治疗达到完美配合。方法:对41例患儿行经肛门先天性巨结肠根治术治疗,强化围手术期各项护理措施,使先进的手术技术与完善的护理措施相统一。结果:39例患儿顺利实施经肛门行先天性巨结肠根治术,2例患儿是长段型巨结肠,实施开腹手术,均按预期出院。结论:充分的术前准备,良好的术中配合和术后护理,对确保实施成功具有重要意义。Objective：Perioperative nursing care of children with more perfect,perfect match with the surgical treatment of Hirschsprung.Methods：The hospital pediatric surgery three years,41 cases were passing through the anus,Hirschsprung radical resection for the treatment of anal care diseased bowel resection,do not open,advanced surgical technology requirements and improve the care of unity.Results：Apart from two cases of children with long segment Hirschsprung open to assist the remaining 39 cases were confirmed by the anus,Hirschsprung,radical surgery and perioperative care of 41 cases were at our disposal a large number of care experience.Conclusion：The 41 cases were discharged after treatment,can be expected,does not appear to care complications, now nursing report are as follows：
