摘　　要：对底商住宅及商住楼的分类进行了界定,从4个方面进行了论述,针对这两类建筑在消防给水设计中遇到的一些有争议的问题进行了分析,并给出了解决问题的方法。The paper defines the classification for the ground apartment for commercial use and business living buildings, indicates from four as- pects, and provides some methods to solve problems according to some controversial problems in the extinguisher water-supply design in the two kinds of buildings.
