摘　　要：进行了基本建设项目各个阶段的审计的研究,分别针对开工前期、施工阶段和竣工结算阶段各自的审计内容和审计重点进行了阐述,最后提出了优化审计的方法,从而使审计工作开展的更加顺利。The paper undertakes the research on the auditing at all phases of the fundamental programs, illustrates the auditing contents and main points at the earlier period of the construction, the construction phase and the complete settlement stage, and points out the methods for op- timizing the auditing, so as to have the smooth operation of the auditing.
