摘　　要：本文从商业银行的操作实务和量化指标控制出发,研究关键控制点和监管的核心指标,并且关注未来商业银行的业务拓展风险和潜在的竞争对手的风险防范。从而改善商业银行内部控制与风险防范工作。From the operating practices of commercial banks and quantitative index control, this paper studies the critical control points and core indicators of supervision, and concerns about the future commercial banks business development risk and risk prevention of potential competitors, thereby improving the commercial bank＇s internal control and risk prevention work.
