摘　　要：随着金融危机向实体经济的蔓延,钢铁制造业遭受了巨大冲击,因此,传统的钢材制造和销售模式面临升级转型。近年来钢铁企业正在努力探索钢铁制造业的转型之路。介绍了3家国际先进钢铁企业的集产品和配套应用技术为一体的整体解决方案,即,新日铁的汽车用钢整体解决方案、蒂森克虏伯的InCar项目和安赛乐米塔尔的"轻量型汽车用钢"项目。分析了这3家企业推行整体解决方案的关键点,指出整体解决方案是大型钢铁企业开拓差异化市场、保持长久竞争力的有效途径之一。The global financial crisis has exerted great impact on the real economy including the steel industry.As the traditional business mode of making and marketing steel products can no longer create new profit growth points,steel companies are suffering increasingly narrow profit margins.In the recent years,in oder to get out of the dilemma,many advanced steel companies in the world have been actively developing total solutions,which are a kind of one-stop service combining steel products and relevant application technologies.In this paper,three cases of total solutions are introduced,namely,the automotive steel solution of Nippon Steel,the InCar project of ThyssenKrupp and the S-in motion project of ArcelorMittal.Based on these cases,this paper analyzes the key aspects in the development and implementation of total solutions,and points out that total solutions are one of the effective ways for large steel companies to exploit differentiated markets and keep sustained competitiveness.
