摘  要:铝合金模板是房建工程中新型支模材料,其优异特性非常适合高层,特别是超高层建筑支模重复使用。但同时也出现新质量通病:混凝土表面氧化麻面、气泡多;预留孔洞模不利固定、拆除不利混凝土成品保护;模板标准几何尺寸与手工作业导致楼面标高平整度误差之间的矛盾等;现结合工程实践总结了若干有效措施,优化了铝合金模板成型混凝土质量。Aluminium alloy mould board is the new material in the building engineering, and is suitable for the high rise building, especially used repeatable in the supper high rise building form erecting because of the excellent properties. But some new common faults also appeared: oxidation hungry spots on the concrete surface, air bubbles, not easy fixed at obligate hole, disadvantage for the concrete product protection when the mould board disassembling, the contradiction of flatness errors of floor elevation between the size of mould board and handwork is appeared. Some effective measures were summarized according to the real project, and optimized the quality of concrete form in the aluminium alloy mould board.
