摘　　要：目的:观察苜蓿总皂苷对小鼠精神神经系统的影响,为临床用药提供参考。方法:小鼠分为苜蓿总皂苷高﹑中﹑低剂量组(5.0、2.5、1.25g/kg)和空白对照组,利用爬杆试验、翻正反射试验、睡眠试验,观察用药前后小鼠的行为变化。结果:用药后小鼠的爬杆、翻正反射、睡眠等自主活动行为能力均无明显变化,与空白对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:苜蓿总皂苷的药效学剂量对小鼠的神经系统无明显影响。Objective：To investigate the effects of total saponins from Medicago sativa L.（TSM） on the psychologic nervous system of mice.Methods： Fourty mice were randomly divided into four groups including control group and three TSM groups at the doses of 5.0,2.5 and 1.25g/kg,respectively.Effects of TSM administration treatment were evaluated by pole-climbing,righting reflex and sleeping tests.Results：TSM administration had no obvious effects on the duration time of pole-climbing,righting reflex,or sleep latency,compared to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：TSM has no obvious influence on the psychologic nervous system of mice at the doses of 1.25 to 5.0 g/kg.
